In light of the recent meteor shower

It’s definitely the time of year to notice the stars – nights are warm, worries are few, and skies are clear (usually). I’ve been doing quite a bit of it myself lately after discovering the roof of my house is a wonderful location to do so, and just did tonight after not being able to sleep. I took my bible and a flashlight up there, and opened my bible to Psalms, where it just happened to land on Psalm 19 ( pretty much the perfect psalm for this occasion):

“The Heavens proclaim the glory of God.

The skies display His craftsmanship.

Day after day they continue to speak,

Night after night they make Him known.

They speak without a sound or word;

their voice is never heard.

Yet their message has gone throughout the earth,

and their words to all the world.”

-Psalm 19:1-6

Just a little reminder that all that God made shows us His glory and deserves our praise.
